  • ProfitNx service / updates are subject to renewal (PSS).
  • Product cost does not include service, Support, Training & Installation.
  • Support Timings: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Working Days).
  • Customer has to contact relevant service center for warranty claim.
  • Handling Charges of 500 + GST will be charged, if warranty is claimed claimed through us.
  • If full payment is not received in time, warranty / support will not be provided.
  • If full payment is not received in time, discount / offer will be reversed (if any).
  • On site charges will be done on chargeable basis only.
