- Warranty as per manufacturer terms.
- We never provide pirated software.
- ProfitNx service / updates are subject to renewal (PSS).
- Product cost does not include service, Support, Training & Installation.
- Support Timings: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Working Days).
- Customer has to contact relevant service center for warranty claim.
- Handling Charges of 500 + GST will be charged, if warranty is claimed claimed through us.
- If full payment is not received in time, warranty / support will not be provided.
- If full payment is not received in time, discount / offer will be reversed (if any).
- On site charges will be done on chargeable basis only.
