NON COMPREHENSIVE AMC TERMS

• All the complains must be logged on a specific number (official).
• AMC includes maintenance, repairs and support of Desktop PC, CCTV, DVR / NVR and Laser Printer.
• Installation of OS & other basic software (License must be provided from client side)
• If client does not provide license details to activate software, we will install only demo copy (if available). No pirated software will be provided.
• We shall not be responsible for loss of any type of Data or any other production, productivity, business loss, etc. in any case.
• All the spares must be supplied in chargeable basis
• If false complain is raised intentionally or unintentionally, it shall be considered as chargeable visit (call) and will not be considered under AMC.
• Complain will be attended within 24 / 36 / 48 Business hours. (As per Plan Selected)
• AMC does not include below:
  • Configuring, maintaining or support for Server OS, Other than Windows Desktop OS, Firewall, Backup & Raid.
  • Data Recovery.
  • Training of staff on software or hardware usage or installation.
  • Warranty claims, if parts not provided by us. Standby Spares.
  • Any type of electrical work or hazardous work.
• Declaration
  • We ensure that no confidential information will be shared to any third party.
  • We will provide the details of all the ticket raised (if required).
