• Press Win+R
• Type: cmd (press enter)
• Type: diskpart
• Type: list disk
• Type: select disk <disk number>
• Type: clean
• Type: create partition primary
• Type: format fs=ntfs quick
• Type: exit (to exit from diskpart)

Your pendrive is now formatted.
