Partner needs to give reference of lead with contact details.
Partner shall connect us with lead first time & may need to intermediate if required.
We shall show demo to lead.
Installation, Activation & implementation (Online) will be done from our side.
Customer will be invoiced directly from our side.
Online after sales support will be provided from our office.
10% Partner margin [calculated on pre-GST & post Discount / Scheme value] will be provided after 30 days of activation by cheque or bank transfer.

Partner needs to have one activated premium version for self-use.
Partner will get 3 months AMC extension on each software sale by him (exclusive referral code needed). Not available in SAAS
In case of exclusive referral code use, customer will also get 1-month additional AMC.
Price is subject to change without any notice.
Partner margin is subject to change with prior notice.
Partner will also get margin on customer's renewal

Minimum 2 software sale in every FY to continue as Sales Partner. (We recommend to achieve at least 4 sales to get 1 Year free AMC)
Partner needs to close the lead.
Partner may seek our help to close initial 2-3 leads & keep us in loop.
Partner shall not over commit any feature.
Partner shall show demo to lead (initially we can show demo for 2-3 clients in presence of partner).
Partner shall connect us with customer for installation & activation & may need to remain in loop if required (for initial 2-3 closures).
Customer will be invoiced directly from our side.
Referral Code to be provided by Partner before activation.
Installation, Activation & implementation (Online) will be done from our side.
Online after sales support will be provided from our office.
Sales partner is eligible for 20% margin on new sale and renewal [excluding SAAS]
Sales partner is eligible for 10% margin on new sale and renewal of SAAS
Partner margin [calculated on pre-GST & post Discount/ Scheme value] will be provided after 30 days of activation by cheque or bank transfer.
